CPort Flex Clothing — Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Print-on-demand items (custom/school-specific designs) are final sale
- Sale items are final sale
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
How to Start a Return Email us at support@cportflexclothingcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
